Guarantee Policy

1. Guarantee Period
We offer 6 months color guarantee on all our micro gold-plated products except some items like Finger Ring, Nose Pin, Toe Ring etc. If the color of the guarantee-applicable product naturally fades within the guarantee period, we will recolor the product at our own cost.

* Guarantee is not applicable in case of physical/faulty/chemical damage to the product.
* Guarantee is applicable on Micro Gold-Plated products only not Accessories and CZ / AD Jewelleries.
* The guarantee is valid against Invoices and Guarantee Card only.

2. Recoloring
However, the color remains intact for 10-12 months depending on the usage. Please contact us for recoloring. It’s chargeable after the guarantee period. You can also get it colored in your nearby gold jewellery shop.

3. Product Care
Care for Gold-Plated Jewellery
a) Avoid Moisture: Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising to prevent tarnishing.
b) Limit Chemical Exposure: Keep away from perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.
c) Gentle Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
d) Storage: Store in a dry, cool place, preferably in a soft pouch or a separate compartment.
e) Wear Last: Put on your jewellery last when dressing to minimize exposure to beauty products.

Care for Cubic Zirconia / American Diamond Jewellery
a) Regular Cleaning: Clean with mild soap and warm water using a soft brush. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
b) Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep away from harsh chemicals like bleach and chlorine.
c) Storage: Store individually in soft cloth pouches to avoid scratches.
d) Handle with Care: Avoid dropping or banging to prevent chipping or scratching.
e) Polish with a Cloth: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to polish and maintain shine.

Remember, while Gold-Plated and Cubic Zirconia / American Diamond jewellery can be beautiful and affordable, it is more delicate than fine jewellery. By following these care instructions, you can enjoy your pieces for a long time and keep them looking their best.
